Today’s Inspiration Sunday video isn’t new news, but it’s no less inspiring. Every time I see the first video below, my eyes start leaking.
In 1938 Nazi occupied Czechoslovakia, Nicholas Winton set an effort in motion that resulted in the lives of 669 Jewish children saved.
The first video is from a 1988 TV show where he meets some of those children for the first time, fifty years on. The second video is a trailer from the 2011 documentary film Nicky’s Family.
I love his quote from the trailer: “I have a motto that if something isn’t blatantly impossible, there must be a way of doing it.”
